Capacity you can check
The difficult part is what the recess does not reveal
Two recesses with the same width can require different construction. We measure geometry, available depth and junctions before promising capacity. In Marbella, it is tested against gated access, larger formats, interior-design coordination and rooms exposed to strong sunlight.
Wall lean and squareness
We take widths, heights and diagonals at several points in the opening before the drawing is closed. Once that decision is made, trims and allowances absorb irregularity without twisting the elevation.
Available depth
We deduct the back, doors, tracks and walls that are out of plumb once dimensions have been checked. The direct consequence: the nominal dimension becomes verified internal depth.
Access panels and ventilation
A nominal dimension is not enough here. We locate grilles, boxes, valves and points that must remain accessible. After the review, the wardrobe does not hide essential maintenance or create a damp enclosure.
Perimeter junctions

- We agree the back, ventilation and access to any existing service point by considering use and geometry together. Acceptance is based on this result: the enclosure does not compromise the wall or its maintenance. Scenario 02 · Marbella Este
A fitted elevation where no wardrobe existed
